A note from Karl and Marie, small-business owners for decades.

Hello,

We’re small. We’re in business and we’re in your neighborhood. As a matter of fact, we’ve been here for 49.5 years and we live in the neighborhood, right alongside many of you.

We’ve been here for EVERYTHING … your first cooking lesson, your first cookware purchase, your first wedding gift, your first private event and your kids’ first cooking camp. You are why we are here. Still. Our aspirations remain the same: to deliver quality experiences from the moment you walk through the door till you leave. We talk to you, we deliver smells, tastes and touches. This is what inspires us to return every morning — 7 days a week, 360 days a year.

We have employed your neighbors, your neighbors’ kids, possibly you, possibly your kids and many of our own kids to help us carry the torch of culinary joy that touches so many lives. Our “Small Business Saturday” invitation extends far beyond Cooks of Crocus Hill. Close your laptop, put your phone down, walk or get in your car and head to your “Main Street.” Visit your local retailers and say hello. They are just like us. They’re working hard to earn your support. Do all of this so they’ll be here for you, your neighbors and your neighbors’ kids in 2023 and beyond.

It’s been a wonderful life, this Small Biz ~ Let's keep the local spirit alive!
