Now you can make handmade buttermilk biscuits with a gluten-free mix. *NOTE: Their packaged Gluten-Free Buttermilk Biscuit Mix has been tested and indicated the negative presence of gluten. This result does not indicate that the product contains zero gluten, but if present, it contains less than 10 ppm of gluten. If you have celiac disease or are very sensitive to gluten, they would advise against the consumption of this product. They produce these biscuits with gluten-free flour however, our Callie's Hot Little Biscuit bakery is NOT certified gluten-free. Their facilities still handle wheat products.
