The new XD coating contains 20% more diamond crystals than our HD coating, improving the pan's overall durability and nonstick properties.

The thick, heavy bottom prevents burning while the 100% recycled cast aluminum construction warms contents evenly with less stirring required. The heat-tempered glass lid makes it easy to monitor your food while it cooks and features an adjustable steam vent for advanced moisture control. Designed for use on all gas and electric stovetops. Oven-safe up to 500°F/260°. Also available in two larger sizes: 2.2 qt and 3.2 qt.  Made in Switzerland.
