In this vegan-focused class, Chef Nomi will take you on a hands-on exploration of creating a delicious Asian dinner all the while learning new techniques to take home with you. Tofu preparation, pickling, spring roll making, sweet rice, and fruit slicing. This is going to be tasty!

Menu: Gochujang Tofu Meatballs in Baked Bao Buns; Pickled Veggies; Coconut Rice Spring Rolls.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
