Yeast baking is an art that so many want to create. In this hands-on class, Chef Nomi will be your expert guide to unfolding the tips, techniques and learnings of making successful, delicious yeast breads. You'll be guided through shaping, baking and creating simple sides to make the most of homemade baguettes.

Menu: Baguettes; Crisp Green Salad; Roasted Pepper Goat Cheese Spread with Compound Butter; Citrus Shortbread.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
