COCH20241208NL17Pasta making is king in this lively hands-on class. Together with Chef Brian, you'll be guided through the step-by-step process of making hand rolled-pasta. You'll utilize the flavors of the season (hello, apples and pumpkin!) to create a delicious three-course meal incorporating savory to sweet menu items. Delicious!
Menu: Honeycrisp Apple and Arugula Salad with Mustard Vinaigrette; Pasta with Pumpkin-Browned Butter Sauce and Crispy Prosciutto; Tarte Tatin with Spiced Whipped Cream.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
