This lamb is from a heritage English breed developed in Suffolk county in the mid-1800s as a crossbreed of Norfolk Horned Ewes and Southdown Rams. No antibiotics or growth hormones, just perfectly tender lamb, raised with care in open fields. The result: fresh flavor and beautiful presentation on your grill, platter or plate. Holiday fave!
