Revel in the bold, colorful foods of Brazil with chef Phillip, who'll take you on a culinary tour of the incredible flavors of the world's fifth-largest country. He has created an authentic Brazilian menu with the Midwestern cook in mind. This is sure to be a one-of-a-kind class thanks not only to amazing food, but also your energetic and enthusiastic teacher. Please note: ingredients will be gluten-free, but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.

Menu: Coconut Black Beans; Flank Steak with Chimichurri; Hearts of Palm Orange Salad.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
