Classic Provençal Dinner | November 9 | Edina | 6 PM

Provence is a feast for the senses; picturesque landscapes, rich history, abundant art and fantastic regional food! In this class Chef Brian will take you on a flavor journey through the region. You'll uncover what makes classic recipes of the region so delicious. A hands-on class grounded in skill building one amazing recipe at a time.

Menu: Bouillabaisse; Mixed Green Salad with Apples and Candied Nuts; Tarte Tatin.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
