Bright Thai flavors take center stage in this hands-on cooking class where you'll use traditional seasonal fall-inspired ingredients to create a not-so-traditional menu. Pumpkin is on the docket (of course!) and will be utilized in a variety of ways to create the meal. Followed by .. wait for it ... Coconut pumpkin custards!

Menu: Thai Pumpkin Soup; Vegetable Spring Rolls with Dipping Sauce; Thai Coconut Pumpkin Custards.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
