Traveling to New Orleans in the South is a true treat. French-inspired cuisine mixed with classic Cajun spices makes for a whole food journey that's unique to the U.S. Chef Daniel is ready to lead the parade with a fabulous menu designed to make those Southern flavors really shine.

Menu: Jambalaya; Maque Choux; Baked Beignets with Bananas Foster Sauce.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
