Baking breads and rolls for Thanksgiving? Chef Randi has some tips you ... knead to know. You'll learn to make breads from scratch and flavored spreads. She even tosses in a bit of advice to make the holidays less stressful and more delicious.

Menu: Cornbread Planks; Shallot and Chive Biscuits; Cloverleaf Rolls.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
