Its the time to learn the ins and outs of your kitchen. We want to help you feel comfortable and confident. Chef Phillip is ready to teach you everything you need to know to master any culinary challenge! Each week as you cook (and eat!), we will discuss a topic, in depth, ingredients and equipment, guide you through how to make the most of your pantry staples, and answer all the burning culinary questions you have. You'll leave with the confidence to tackle any recipe. We will cap off the series with a dinner party menu that incorporates many of your newly honed skills! This class is both for the beginner and accomplished cook.

The series of five classes occurs Tuesday evenings on September 17 and 24, October 1, 8 and 15.

Menu: Knife Skills: Pico de Gallo and Chips; Crudité and Hummus. Sauces: Crème Anglaise with Berries; Classic Eggs Benedict. Doughs: Pasta with Marinara and Alfredo Sauce. Baking: Apple Pie; Savory Hand Pies. Dinner Party: Sautéed Chicken with Herbed Beurre Blanc; Roasted Vegetables; Chocolate Pudding and Whipped Cream.

Classes are designed for participants 18 and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can attend a class with an adult participant 18 years or older, two seats are required for purchase. Please see the FAQs for more info.
