Hone your knife skills for a lifetime of ease in kitchen prep; mincing vegetables, cutting steaks, carving ribs or making simple garnishes. Joining us from Wüsthof, Mim and Katy will guide you through an informative class delving into the specifics on a variety of blade shapes and their intended purposes. They'll also take a deep dive into proper sharpening, safe handling, maintenance, and ideal storage.

Each student will receive $50 of Wüsthof Bucks to be used on Wusthof purchases the day of class.
