Discover the joys of creating dishes that are naturally gluten-free. Chef Ellie will get you cooking with some classic techniques, while you learn about new and interesting ingredients. And as always, you'll have GF recipes to take home.  Please note, ingredients will be gluten-free, but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.

Menu: Beef Picadillo over White Rice; Pão de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread); Crisp Fennel, Hearts of Palm and Avocado Salad; Brazilian Lemonade.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
