Be prepared for the vibrant flavors of Latin cooking to blow your mind in this exciting hands on extravaganza. Along with Chef Nomi, you'll create dishes using techniques and ingredients that are at the core of Latin cooking up to and including Mexican Hot chocolate Souffles. Estupendo!

Menu: Chicken Tinga Tacos with Fresh Tortillas; Confetti Rice; Tres Leches Cupcakes. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
