Nothing beats fresh pasta, especially when it's paired with autumnal flavors! Chef Manny returns to show you how to make and enjoy the real deal. In this hands-on, flour-filled class, you will practice using pasta machines to roll out dough and create delicious fall dishes.

Menu: Crunchy Brussels Sprout Salad with Maple-Mustard Vinaigrette; Creamy Roasted Squash over Fresh Pasta with Gorgonzola; Roasted Mushroom Ravioli with Sage Brown Butter Sauce. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
