Pâte à choux is a delicate pastry dough used to create a variety of delicious pastries. In this hands-on class, Chef Nomi will help you master the art of creating pâte à choux dough, shape it, fill it and pair it with other ingredients and sauces for an elevated baking experience. Um, yum.

Menu: Gougeres with a Caramelized Onion Dip; Craquelin Cream Puffs; Churros with Sauces.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
