Join Chef Lorelei to get a head start on mastering your pie dough making skills and get a head start on your holiday baking season! In this fun, hands-on class, you'll learn essential skills to take your pie making to the next level. We'll focus on making and rolling dough and expert seasonal baking tips. Each participant will take home their pie dough to bake off a pie at home.

Menu: Pie Dough; Apple Hand Pies; Kale Galette.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
