Is it a knife skills class or is it a dinner party class? Who knows, and frankly who cares when the food is delicious! This class features a menu that focuses on knife work to help all students hone their skills. Chop chop!

Menu: Fresh Herb and Vegetable Summer Rolls; Chicken Skewers with Spicy Peanut Dipping Sauce; Ginger-Mango Compote over Vanilla Ice Cream.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
