Learn the secrets to creating dinner without a recipe in this "back pocket" hands-on class. With the techniques you'll discover in this class you will be able to apply to a variety of proteins, sides, sauces and soups, you may never need a recipe again!

Menu: White Balsamic Chicken with Tarragon; Lemony Lentil Soup; Cucumber Apple Salad. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
