Join Chef Michael for a flavor-packed, gluten-free cooking journey where you'll discover the secrets of creating delicious meals at home. Toasting spices, cooking with quinoa and a creamy custard dessert are all on the roster. You'll leave with the know-how and recipes to delight family and friends in your at-home kitchen.

Menu: Carrot and Quinoa Salad; Ancho Cherry BBQ Chicken; Honey Yogurt Custard with Orange-Scented Berries.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
