COCH20250128SP18Let's hit the water with a cooking class that is designed to take on foods from the sea. Oysters have had a special place in the culinary world. Chef Phillip is teaching how to shuck and prepare oysters in a variety of ways. We're excited to "sea" you in this ocean-forward class.
Menu: Raw, Grilled and Fried Oysters; Seafood Boil (shrimp, mussels, clams, oysters); Array of Sauces; Mignonette and Aioli.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
