Learn to make the most of summer's bright, bold, fresh flavors in this hands-on class. Chef Victoria will guide you through how to prepare combinations of unique flavors in in some of summer's best eats! Sharpen up your knife skills along the way and grab hold of foundational techniques to get you cooking.

Menu: Pork Tenderloin with Fig and Olive Relish; Citrus-Avocado-Fennel Salad; Cranberry White Chocolate Bars.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
