Bonavita 5 Cup Coffee Maker

The Bonavita 5-Cup Coffee Maker has features that mimic the artisan pour-over brewing method. It has an optional pre-infusion mode that saturates freshly ground coffee to allow degassing before brewing. The machine has a shower head design which facilitates even saturation of coffee grounds. It has a 1100-watt heater which maintains optimal brewing temperature of 198°-205°F (92°-96°C). Makes a 5-up carafe in approximately 5 minutes.
