COCH20241215SP16Get started on your croissant-making journey with Chef Zoe. She'll share tips, techniques and the secrets of working with laminated dough to create delicious flaky croissants. As you watch the chef, you'll discover the art of croissant making and baking. You'll learn, taste, touch and leave with the knowledge to create your own flaky, buttery goodness at home just like you'd find in a local boulangerie.
Menu: Traditional Croissant; Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Danish; Chocolate Croissant.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
