COCH20250119EDN16A class to align great-tasting food and increased health. A few fun facts to consider: 90% of the "happy hormone" serotonin is made in your gut. A healthy gut increases your immune response. It decreases anxiety, depression and digestive issues, and can lead to weight loss (bonus!). Chef Nora will guide you through new cooking techniques and ingredient discoveries that easily incorporate nutritious foods into delicious recipes to achieve overall body and mind health.
Menu: Herbed Ricotta, Kimchi and Walnut Stuffed Mushrooms; Green Salad with Creamy Preserved Lemon Dressing; Miso Butter Roasted Chicken with Sake-Garlic Pan Sauce; Apricot Goat Cheese Bars.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
