With perfect sushi rice under your belt, now you're ready for the next level in tempura making. In this class, you'll master making the perfect tempura batter for frying shrimp. Sticky rice? We've got you covered along with delicious sauces to accompany for a Japanese experience not to be missed.

Menu: Shrimp Tempura Roll with Seasoned Sticky Rice, Avocado, Cucumber and Spicy Mayo; Green Salad with Carrot Miso Dressing.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
