Dorothy’s blend is a tribute to Chef Gavin’s very first mentor in the kitchen: his grandmother, Dorothy. The cherished memories they created together around the table still inspire Gavin’s cooking today. This blend is sourced from three different regions: Tanzanian Peaberry, Papua New Guinea, and Rwanda Ingoboko. The result is a bold coffee full of bright, rich flavors and a dry finish.
