Chef Victoria along with her partner, Johnny, has created a menu filled with techniques and flavors that will help wake up and shake up your taste buds. Please note: ingredients will be gluten-free, but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.
Menu: Cuban Stuffed Pork Loin; Charred Red Cabbage with Spicy Tomato Relish; Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse.
Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
