Fondant & Cake Decorating | March 11 | Minneapolis | 6 PM

Join Chef Ellie and learn the art of working with fondant from start to finish to create your most beautiful cakes. You'll work on rolling techniques, discover how to cover your cake seamlessly, and explore making ribbons, bows, and cutting surface designs. Each student will take home a beautifully decorated mini cake to share—or keep all to yourself!

Menu: Vanilla Cake. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
