The flavors of Northern Thailand are a wonderful mix of rustic, earthy, meaty and fragrant. And they are unique to the region. A cuisine that feels ancient but is ever evolving. In this hands-on class, Chef Michael will be your guide in exploring these vibrant flavors through crafting main courses and delicious desserts.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
