French Butter Pack | February

Named one of the world’s top butters, this French butter from Pascal Beillevaire is not only a prestigious French butter brand, but also a top fromagerie in Paris. This butter is crafted in the Breton Vendée marshes, between the mouth of the Loire and the Île de Noirmoutier. These wild grasslands, near the coast where the Beillevaire cows graze, is ideal terroir for the dairy’s butter. The fleur de sel for this butter is harvested from the surface of nearby salt ponds, by hand, using wooden tools, in the early morning.
