You'll learn the ins and outs of creating moules au vin blanc and steak au poivre with creamy pommes dauphinoise and of course it wouldn't be complete without chocolate mousse! You'll learn tips and tricks to creating the perfect steak, pan sauces, and timeless French techniques in this exquisite class.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
