Chef Aleah is utilizing a bit of magic in the kitchen for this class! Join her for a delightful session focused on baking delicious gluten- and dairy-free desserts. Learn about the best substitutes to use while creating alternative desserts that taste amazing. Please note: ingredients will be gluten-free but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.

Menu: Carrot Cake; Fruit Curd Tart with Almond Flour Crust; Molten Chocolate Cake with Cherries.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
