We all love fresh homemade pizza. The trick is learning the techniques for crust, toppings and how to get the results you crave. Join Chef Victoria as she guides you through making your own gluten-free pies in this delicious hands-on class. Now that's amore. Please note: ingredients will be gluten-free but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.

Menu: Thin-Crust Pizza with Pear, Prosciutto, Pecans and Blue Cheese; Deep Dish with Homemade Marinara, Sausage, and Mushroom; Kale Salad with Almonds and Dried Cranberries. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
