Spice up Valentine’s day with a tropical twist. Join us for a fun, flavorful cooking class where you’ll explore island spices and indoor grilling techniques along with solid knife skills. A diverse menu of flavor melds and a sweet treat at the end. Sweet!

Please note: ingredients will be gluten-free but the kitchen environment and tools have had contact with gluten.

Menu: Jerk Chicken; Confetti Rice; Tropical Salad; Passionfruit Crème Brûlée.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
