Join Chef Ria and create delicious traditional cookies and chai from her home country, India. Baking with semolina and infusing doughs with exotic Indian ingredients to create subtlety sweet and unique flavors. All paired with milky ginger tea for a full sweet experience.

Menu: Nankhatai; Chili and Lime Biscuits; Jeera Biscuits; Makhana Biscuits; Nutty Golden Biscuits.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
