In this fun-filled four-day summer camp experience, kids will gain foundational techniques while experimenting with endless possibilities! Each day focuses on a classic recipe — focaccia, biscuits, dumplings and frozen treats — with three creative variations. From hot dog focaccia to caramel-apple biscuits and strawberry-mascarpone dumplings, they’ll discover how to transform simple doughs and bases into sweet or savory delights. Get ready for a playful, hands-on exploration of what they'll “Will It?” next.

This class is a four-day series on June 23, 24, 25 and 26. Seats are for kids only, ages 11 to 13.

Menu: Will It Focaccia?: Make three types of focaccia — Hot Dog Focaccia; Potato-Bacon Cheddar Focaccia; Carrot Cake Focaccia. Will It Biscuit? Make three types of biscuits: Breakfast Sausage-Cheddar Biscuits; Caramel-Apple Biscuits; Chicken Biscuits and Gravy. Will It Dumpling? Make three types of dumplings: Pork-Ginger Dumpling; Potato-Cheese Dumpling; Strawberries-Mascarpone Dumpling. Will It Freeze? Make three types of frozen treats: Frozen Yogurt Bark; Watermelon Lemonade; Peanut Butter Mousse.
