The knife block is the center of your kitchen, but without the know-how needed to use, sharpen, hone, wash and store your knives, you're just the owner of an expensive collection of accidents in the making. In this essential tutorial, our resident blade expert, Chef Natalie, will take you through every aspect of knife use and care.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
