Join us for a unique event featuring Shun Japanese Cutlery and Epicurean. Two iconic brands each bringing their unique history and culinary story ... Shun (pronounced Shoon like moon) represents the high water mark for everyday kitchen cutlery with an emphasis on handcrafted beauty and superior blades, all reasons these knives are simply the best. Epicurean hails from Superior, WI with a history spanning from Rollerblade to skate parks to ultimately, cutting boards (we'll let them fill in the details!). It will be an evening of stories, slicing, dicing and cutting to create a delicious meal to share. Each student will receive an Epicurean cutting board ($29.99 value) to maintain your Shun knives, ensuring lasting sharpness and precision in the kitchen.

Menu: Vietnamese Tomato Salad; Fresh Veggie Spring Roll with a Asian Peanut Dipping Sauce.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
