Join us for a zest-filled culinary adventure as we dive into crafting homemade lemon fettuccine and velvety lemon ricotta sauce from scratch. We'll end the evening with tangy lemon pudding cake adorned with candied lemons. Chef Nomi's expertise will guide you in perfecting flavored pasta dough, crafting fresh ricotta, and mastering the art of candying lemon peel. We'll turn lemons into delectable delights.

Menu: Lemon Ricotta Sauce; Lemon Homemade Fettuccine; Lemon Pudding Cake with Candied Lemons.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
