Magical Flavors of Seville | February 22 | Edina | 6 PM

We love Spain, the beauty of the food, culture and people can't be beat. In this class we'll explore the flavors that are most aligned with Seville and Moorish cultures. You'll also refine you skills with a knife, a kitchen torch and many more. This flavorful class highlights rich traditions and fresh techniques to elevate everyday cooking.

Menu: Moor Spiced Spanish Rice with Chorizo and Chickpeas; Orange-Olive Salad with Almonds; Torrijas (bruleed French toast) with Creme Anglaise.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
