A sheep’s milk Manchego cheese from Spain. This cheese has been aged for 14 months and possesses a more robust nutty flavor, with creamy undertones. The firm texture of the cheese creates the special characteristics of Manchego that make it such a pleasure to eat. This is a D.O.P. product (Protected Designation of Origin). Delicious served alongside our Honeycomb and Ibérico meats.
