Chef Nomi draws from the many flavors and cooking styles found around the Mediterranean and pulls together a phenomenal summer menu. Here is a wonderful lesson in how to make seasonal ingredients shine in simple dishes.

Menu: Crisp Fried Calamari with Spicy Marinara; Grilled Summer Veggies over Rice Pilaf Salad; Persian Love Cake.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
