Close your eyes and imagine the aromas and exotic flavors of a Moroccan spice market. Yeah, it's a real treat! In this class, Chef Michael will take you on a spice journey and exploration of why flavors and spices do what they do, while making a delicious Moroccan meal. It includes how to select, cook and serve just the right scallops for the main event.

Menu: Moroccan Spiced Scallops over Pine Nut Couscous; Cumin- and Harissa-Glazed Carrots; Olive Oil Polenta Cake with Honey Whipped Cream.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
