Jump into this hands-on cooking class and learn creative ways to use leftover or unfed sourdough starter. Discover baking techniques, discuss sourdough tips, and embrace no-waste cooking practices. Get your apron on, flour out and let's bake!

Menu: Coffee Cake with Seasonal Preserves; Clafoutis (Dutch Baby) with Summer Berries; Cheddar "Cheez-It" Crackers. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
