Join Chef Azeria and refine your culinary skills in a class that covers the basics while creating everyone's favorite, gnocchi. Discover the art and importance of ricing potatoes for a creamy texture, create a luscious butternut sauce, and master a roasted shallot arugula salad. Finish on a delightful note with mini lemon polenta cakes. That's amore!

Menu: Potato Gnocchi with Butternut Cream Sauce; Arugula Salad with Roasted Shallot Dressing; Mini Lemon Polenta Cakes. 

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
