There is nothing like fresh-made pasta from scratch. In this pasta-making class, we will guide in making scratch-made pasta. You'll take a dive into the art of crafting vibrant green pasta from scratch, perfect the techniques of pasta folding and filling, and hone your knife skills along the way. Join us for an immersive culinary experience and unleash your creativity in the kitchen.

Menu: Spinach Tortellini with Burrata and Lemon; Ricotta-Filled Rotolos; Italian Chopped Salad.

Classes are designed for participants 18 years and older. Teens ages 14 to 17 can take part in a class if accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), but a ticket is required for each person in attendance. Please see our FAQs for more info.
