Pimenton de la Vera Hot Smoked Paprika

Pimenton de la Vera Hot Smoked Paprika is produced from a mixture of guindilla peppers and jarandilla pepper. The guindilla pepper is known for it’s  heat and the jarandilla pepper is known for it’s intense red color. Smoked paprika is a staple of the Mediterranean diet and is used to give both color and flavor to many dishes.
